Today’s Man Crush Monday is the godfather of Nigerian comedy Ali Baba.
Ali Baba whose real name is Atunyota Alleluya Akporobomerere is the pioneer of the stand-up comedy business in Nigeria.The 50 year old comedian comes from the royal family of Agbarha Otor in Warri, Delta state.
He started performing at corporate events and TV shows as well. Prior to him doing comedy full time there was no full time comedian in Nigeria. He created his company Alibaba Hicuppuray 3, and branded himself to corporate Nigeria by putting his face on billboards in Lagos.
